CDM Employee Benefits:
*Set schedule Monday-Friday
*Weekends OFF to spend with your family/friends (unless you volunteer to work)
*6 Holidays OFF with Pay
*5 days paid vacation after 1 year of service
*After 5 years of service, earn second week paid vacation per year
* and earn 1 personal day for every year beyond 5 years of service

Requirements:
*Must be at least 20 years old
*Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug/alcohol test with negative results
*Must be willing/able to pass random drug/alcohol testing if needed
*Must be a U.S. Citizen /have proper identification & able to work in the U.S.
*Must have a valid drivers license minimum of 3 years driving experience with NO DUI offenses within the past 5-7 years
*Must have your own, dependable transportation
*Must NOT be afraid of Heights - CDM is often involved in roofing/use of lifts 45-65 feet up!
*Must fill out a written application in the CDM Office during business hours
